This property is intended for use by residents as a means to access the waters of Proud Lake. To insure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone, please be certain that you and your guests comply with the following regulations:Vehicle Parking Parking on this property is reserved for residents accessing Proud Lake only. Regular use of the parking facilities for other purposes is prohibited. Offenders will be ticketed and/or towed. No overnight parking is permitted for any reason.
Watercraft Storage Watercraft may not remain moored to docking equipment or left at the shore overnight. Resident watercraft may be stored on this property in designated areas only. No watercraft or related equipment shall be stored on this property between November 1 and April 30. All watercraft stored on this property must be clearly labeled with its owner’s name and/or street address.
Other Regulations No bonfires or other burning. No hazardous materials (e.g., batteries, fuel, etc.) may be stored on this property. Dispose of all waste in the receptacle provided in the parking area.
